The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Bernard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born into a rich family. A freak accident while working with her Painter father left her crippled. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
