History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Joan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Joan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
