Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 5'6" and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. She has done her best to style her chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Mary was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her hair is silver and curly. Her eyes are likewise blue. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She was born in a small plains village. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. Being a Barber kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Personality: She is mildly Human supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
