History: The child of a Blacksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Nicholas was taken on many hunting expeditions. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Manfred speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Miller arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Manfred was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Manfred decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miller for the past few years.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Sybil and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest woman in the east
