When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He takes great joy in being the best Guard in town.

History: He was born into a rich family. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Guard. He has worked as a Guard like his mother before him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Guard arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Clerebold is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Gifted from a young age, Clerebold studied abroad. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption
