History: Balimaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Kody alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to dire rats.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has money and likes to spend it
