He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Tim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Tim's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Being a Detective kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
