History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Egelina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Egelina decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. This amber eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Seamstress born in the past three hundred years. A true patriot, Charles would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
