Description: This western man tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His clothes are grease stained in places. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Hunter born in the past three hundred years. Dean is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Dean was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sculptor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Hunter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Avice hails from a village terrorized by goblins. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Hunter who has hired her part-time. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She's in love; and she desires power and/or immortality
