History: Born in the north to a Gardener, Millicent learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'8" when asserting herself. She sports a flattop hair cut. She has a dull look in her hazel eyes.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She comes from a rich western family. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage.
