He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Griselda was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire.

Description: A 6'0" eastern man, he dresses like a well dressed Mercenary does. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a Mercenary first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Theobald took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. He's also a talented Sailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
