History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hadwisa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
