Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is wearing a tight brown one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He sports a flattop hair cut. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He became a Soapmaker soon after.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her hair is short and black. Her ears are large.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ida was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Courier. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Helen hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Helen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
