Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he feels threatened by others
