Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Richard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Gifted from a young age, Griselda studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Griselda took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.
