History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying south to reunite her family. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and many brigands want her driven away

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.
