Personality: Balimaar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Arnold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He takes great joy in being the best Fletcher in town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Galiena was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to unite with her sister
