History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He now mingles about in high society.

He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
