Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

History: Joan hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
