History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Avelina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Avelina. She became a Bather soon after.
