History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nicholas grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nicholas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nicholas. He's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
