History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
