History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying south to reunite her family. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Geva and her spouse have recently divorced.
