History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Margery was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her silver hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she has a crush on the local farmer
