History: She was born in the east. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Millicent and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a Miner, her mother struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student she started as a Miner, but she got bored and became a Shipwright. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
