History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Richard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.
