History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She worked as a nervous Cook and found it very stressful. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Jacoba was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jacoba grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jacoba. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
