History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Farmer. He tends to his Farmer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bellfounder but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Hugh took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
