Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Hunter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This woman wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. She is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around her ears. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Assassin business.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
