Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and doesn't want to be a cartwright and was forced into it by his family

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She bought a shortbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
