Personality: He is a Layabout first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: The child of a Baker, who enjoyed hunting, Randal was taken on many hunting expeditions. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right.
