Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Locksmith but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Millicent never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
