History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Adelaide was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Adelaide's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Adelaide and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Gomory was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
