History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Heather's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
