Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by drow. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family

Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He carries with him a set of whips, each one with a opal on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to prove his worth to the world

Her auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She feeds upon the attention of others.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: He dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with black slacks. He carries with him a set of daggers on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Randal is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Randal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.
