Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. He has moderate length auburn hair. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Anselm hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Revenge; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: He wears a brown shirt with thin tan vertical stripes and blue pants. He wears his black hair up. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: The child of a Fisher, who enjoyed hunting, Theobald was taken on many hunting expeditions. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He bought a nunchaku and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Description: She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She carries with her a set of warhammers, each one with a opal on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. With wild golden hair. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Born to a Unemployed, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aline fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His green eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.
