History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman likes to wear ponchos typically of a light white in addition to tight pants, and a wedding ring on her left hand. She has shaved her head bald. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Ella lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ella was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Farmer. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Farmer and was forced into it by her family; and to unite with her brother

Personality: Bernard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. He sports a flattop hair cut. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now mingles about in high society.
