History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He bought a whip and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a black top hat and black clothes. His black hair is lengthy. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He comes from a rich western family. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Balimaar took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He now mingles about in high society.
