Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Millicent was born on a far eastern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Performer. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
