Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Millicent was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.
