History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Arnold was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aline grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a bellfounder again

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She got into the Sage business at a young age. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
