History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Carter soon after.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born in the east. A freak accident while working with his Detective father left him crippled. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
