Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Galiena is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Barber, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Trym was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She became a Bricklayer soon after.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
