History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Percival was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mortician. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mortician for hire.

History: He was born in the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
