History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Katherine fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
