She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Egelina studied abroad. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Egelina never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: Agnes was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Agnes was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Agnes's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
