He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Weaver born in the past three hundred years. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.
