History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Peter was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Peter's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bounty Hunter.
