History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Gunter never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Description: This southern woman wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. She has gray eyes and a red hat with a grey feather.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Heather was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has done her best to style her golden hair to look like a famous performer. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Anne is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: This late middle aged man has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe and is in decent physical shape. His white hair is long and unkept. This hazel eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Miller business.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
