Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She became a Priest soon after.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a red vest and prefers tan and yellow shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She keeps her chestnut hair in a pixie cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eleanor grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eleanor. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Description: An older woman who is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, tan shirt, and grey tie, she is not a threatening figure. Her blonde hair is lengthy. Her eyes are green and beady.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ella will drive conversation. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Ella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: A 5'0" western woman, she wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her long white hair reaches down to her waist. She is baby faced.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Maynild was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.
